The Only Chance That Matters Is Epistemic

Is the title of a paper I would love to write. The only thing missing is the details, I do however have a strong intuition.

My guess is that is precisely what many have argued - ?Di Finitti etc And perhaps it is obvious, or maybe just wrong.
